Manual Handling – Half Day

Summary
Manual handling is one of the leading causes of workplace injuries in the UK, with over 40% of work-related injuries resulting from unsafe lifting, carrying, or moving of loads. Back injuries alone account for the highest number of staff absences, with the average time off work being 20 days. All staff can benefit from understanding safe lifting techniques, whether at work or home.

At Alban Safety, our Manual Handling training combines theory with practical exercises. We equip staff with the essential skills to handle loads safely, reduce the risk of injury, and ensure compliance with UK Health and Safety regulations.
